La Croqueteria was conceptualized by Luis Leon, a.k.a. Chef Tigretón.

Tigretón is a Spanish chef from Montreal well known for his knowledge and skills on traditional Spanish cooking.

With a TV show by Gusto TV & Bell Media called “The Latin Kitchen” and over 23 years of experience in the restaurant business all over Spain, England, U.S.A. & Montreal, this charismatic and international chef had decided to open a Croqueta atelier in the heart of Montréal, eager to give the best out of this humble product.
